Shannon Cummings
I received my real estate license in January 2007 and then went on to get my associate broker license in 2015. As of February 2022, I am a proud broker/owner of my own real estate company, Cummings Realty, Inc. I cover all of Clare County and the surrounding counties. Specializing in waterfronts, recreational, acreage, and year-round homes.
I grew up in Barryton, Michigan on the Chippewa River and moved to Harrison in 2004. I started my real estate career working from an office, but I felt it held me back. So, in 2014, I started working from my home office and then became a multimillion-dollar producer ever since.
I enjoy working with people and helping them find their dream home or property. I know firsthand what it feels like to find that perfect home, because in 2020 my husband and I purchased our dream home on Budd Lake. I have always wanted to live on the lake and now I finally do, it’s very exciting!
I have been very fortunate to have worked with several buyers and sellers throughout the years and am very grateful for the support from my husband, family, buyer clients, and seller clients. I have become very successful due to my hard work and dedication, and my real estate business has continued to grow every year and looking very forward to what the future has to offer.
